After lengthy discussions and planning, we changed our store name from Pandora’s Box to Aphrodite’s. Our brand grew and brought on new investors. What's even more exciting is we can now offer you access to a wider range of beautiful jewelry and accessories …

We have big plans and we are so glad to have you on this exciting journey with us.

The store will see some minor changes as we change our name but over the coming weeks, it will have a complete overhaul.

Will my order still arrive?

Please rest assured that all orders will still be shipped in a timely manner. USA orders will ship and arrive within 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. Delivery of your order can take 3-5 business days.

What about refunds and exchanges?

Shipping, Order Tracking and Delivery

How long does it take for my order to ship within the USA?

USA Shipments are still in effect and shipping fine within the United States borders.

USA orders will ship and arrive within 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. Delivery of your order can take 3-5 business days.

How long does it take for my order to ship Internationally?

Currently, our shipping outside of the USA has been temporarily halted because of slower than usual ship times. These delays are happening because the number of flights have been decreasing between countries.
International orders placed as of March 16th, 2020 will still be shipped but there may be delays in delivery.

International orders (including Canada) may take up to 2-6 weeks to arrive depending on your destination. Rural countries or cities may take longer to arrive. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. If you did not receive this email, your order may not have shipped yet. USA orders should receive their shipping confirmation email within 3 business days from the moment the order was placed. International orders should receive their shipping confirmation email within 5 business days from the moment the order was placed. If you have not received your shipping confirmation email with tracking information after the allotted time, please check your spam/junk mail to ensure the email did not go to this folder.

If no email was received, please email us at info@aphrodites.com so that we may provide you with your tracking number.

For orders shipping within the USA, you may track your order at https://www.usps.com/ using the tracking number provided.

For orders shipping internationally, you may track your order at https://www.17track.net/en using the tracking number provided.

My tracking is not updating.

There may be instances that tracking does not update immediately (appears as in “Pre-Shipment” for example). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

My package was returned for a “bad address”.

If your package was shipped, however, it was returned to us due to a bad address, please click on the link below to purchase a new shipping label to have your order re-shipped to the correct address. Please be sure to select “USA” for domestic orders, or “International” if you are located outside of the USA.

We are working on processing your order. We are just waiting for the tracking number. As soon as we have it, we will send it to you so please keep an eye on your email.
Due to the high holiday volume, we will be a few days backed up on shipments.

Pre-Sale Shipping

Pre-sale items will begin shipping out to customers on the date listed on the product page. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so that you may track your package and see the estimated arrival date.

How do I check my order status?

Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email from us notifying you of this update and it will contain your tracking number.

If no email was received, please email us at info@aphrodites.com so that we may provide you with your tracking number and further help if needed.

My discount code didn’t apply.

Please email us at info@aphrodites.com and provide your discount code so that we may verify eligibility and make the proper adjustments to your order if applicable.

My order was damaged, defective, missing items, or wrong item received.

Please email us at info@aphrodites.com with a clear photo attached of the item(s) you received so that we can review your request for a replacement. After review and confirmation, we will replace or reship your damaged/ defective/ missing item(s) immediately.

International Orders

Do you ship to other countries?

We currently ship to all countries except Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Mexico, Venezuela and Guatemala.

How long does it take for my international order to ship?

International shipments outside of the USA (including Canada) may take up to 2-6 weeks to arrive. Rural countries or cities may take longer to arrive.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number should have been sent to you via email after your order was shipped. If you didn’t see an email, please check your spam/junk mail.

Do I have to pay customs taxes on my international order?

Shipping is free, but customs tax on international shipments are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on the country.

Returns

You have ​30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same like-new condition in which it was received. Your item must be returned to us in the original packaging.

Is Route a licensed insurance company?

Yes. Route is a licensed insurance company with the biggest name in shipping insurance as its partner, Lloyds of London.

How much does Route shipping insurance cost and how do I purchase it?

Route can be purchased at the time of check out you can select to add Route to your order. Route provides you the confidence to place your order and have it fully insured at a very low cost, most orders can be fully insured for less than $1.00.*

* If the subtotal of the order is under $100, the customer will pay a static rate of $0.98 for the insurance premium, if the subtotal of the order is over $100, the customer will pay a dynamic rate of ~1.5% of the subtotal of the cart for the insurance premium. When Route is added to the order, customers will see the premium cost added so they know how much they are paying for the shipping protection.

Our company is Aphrodite's. We are a general sales store that specializes in various products, such as lifestyle items and fashion jewelry. We are not affiliated with or known as any other company.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Here are some tips you can follow to keep your fashion jewelry lasting as long as possible.

  • Keep your jewelry away from water, oil, soap, lotion, perfume, silver cleaner and other harsh chemicals.
  • Give your jewelry a break - constant or daily wear can deposit oils and perfumes onto the jewelry and cause discoloration (sterling silver or gold jewelry does not apply).
  • Store your jewelry properly - soft pouches and jewelry boxes are ideal and prevent damage, tangling, or chipping.
  • Clean your jewelry before storing it away - even a quick wipe with a soft cloth will do wonders.
  • Avoid using harsh jewelry cleaners that contain acid, alcohol, vinegar, or ammonia.
